What will you need?
- The raw files for the US Dreamcast release of MARVEL VS CAPCOM 2
- Basic knowledge on how to turn those files into an image that you can play or burn to CD

Steps:
1.
Click "Use Stock 1ST_READ" to start from scratch
OR
upload a previously modded 1ST_READ.BIN to edit it
2.
Select whatever modifications you want
3.
Download updated files to use in game!

The included IP.BIN will be patched, if you have trouble burning/running the game, use the included IP.BIN [!!!
